BAKER REMARRIES WIFE FOR WHOSE LOVE KILLED Justus Murray Shoots Former Business Associate in Kentucky. PLEADS UNWRITTEN LAW Six-Year-Old Son Happy Over Reunion of His Parents After Divorce. By United Press EVANSVILLE, Ind., Aug. 30.—Six-year-old Jimmy Murray munched a big doughnut at his father’s bakery today and talked about seeing a round of baseball games and circuses, now that his parents are reunited. His father, Justus V. Murray, owner of the Federal Bakery, remarried a former wife for whose love he killed Howard Phillips, a former business associate, two years ago in Newport. Ky. Murray pleaded the unwritten law, so sacred throughout Kentucky and a Kentucky jury acquitted him. He returned to Evansville with his wife. They lived for a while here after the tragedy and then Mrs. Murray secured a divorce and custody of their son. She left Evansville. Murray went after her Monday and they were remarried in Chicago.

Not one ton will we buy, however, from ‘coal bootleggers.’

“A similar stand taken throughout the entire country would soon effect an adjustment of present conditions. “It is time to quit talking and take drastic action. Coal profiteering throughout the Nation must be stopped quickly to prevent senotra unexpected consequences. No visible unrest among employes of the various Detroit Ford plants in anticipation of the "shut-down,” announcement is In evidence as yet, many Ford workers believing Ford will find a way out before the closing date arrives.
