Ind., Aug. 24.—Indiana University will open for the fall term on Monday, Sept. 11, it was announced today by the registrar. Indications are that the attendance will be larger than ever. Many inquiries have been received by the registrar. Registration days for the university extension courses at Indianapolis are set for Sept. 15 and 16, and the classes will begin Sept. 18. The Indianapolis Center offers those who live in and near Indianapolis an opportunity to study in late afternoon and evening under university instructors. The courses are all of university grade and most of them carry credit toward a university degree. The Bloomington public schools will also open Sept. 11.
