The National Motor Corporation following its incorporation in the Associated Motor Industries will retain its individuality and is planning one of the strongest programs ever attempted, George W. Dickson, president of the corporation, said today. Indianapolis is to be one of the most important centers of the operations of the Associated Motor Industries, it was announced after an inspection of the National plant by Will L. Ohmer, president, and Louis Ruthenburg, manager, of the Associated Motor Industries. In speaking of the trip through the National plant Mr. Ohmer said, “the National works, besides being the home of one of the best known i lotor cars is complete in machinery and equipment and is well qualified to be one of the strongest units in the Associated Motor Industries. The National plant is a great automobile factory as it stands, and it is going to be a greater one. GET FEW CRITICISMS Give Public Time to Get Familiar With Zoning Ordinance. Few criticisms of the tentative city zoning ordinance have been received by the city plan commission, Lawrence V. Sheridan, executive secretary, said today. Robert H. Whitten, consultant, will come from Cleveland late this week for a special meeting with the commission to go over such suggestions for changes as have been made. The commission is requiring those who make complaints to put them in writing, so they may receive complete consideration. By United Press - * WARSAW, Aug. 9.— A surprising number of persons residing in Koscisuko County who own automobiles have no garages in which to keep their machines and as a result the State law is being violated in scores of instances by owners of cars who park themNsvithout lights on public thoroughfares.
