July 7.—Food prices are one the way up again, labor department figures for twenty-two cities made public today showed. Eighteen cities reported Increases from 1 to 3 per cent for the month ending June 15, over the preceding month. Prices In these cities were 2 per cent higher to 8 per cent below the prices on June 15 last year, but from C 7 to 55 per cent higher than in 1913.
