POSTAL WEEK FOR IMPROVING MAIL SERVICE One Letter Being Printed Daily to Further Cause. Tostal improvement week is being ob* served. Officials and employes of the local postoffice are making special efforts to Increase the efficiency of the service. Business houses have notified Robert If. Bryson, postmaster, that they will cooperate by making window displays or carrying newspaper advertisements. Each day during the week a letter, written by a representative of a postoffice department, will be made public. These letters will explain the purposes of th" week and inform the public bow it may aid in obtaining the highest degree rs efficiency. HAMILTON' WRITES OPENING LETTER. The first letter was written by Arthur \V. Hamilton, assistant money-order cashier. Imperfections will develop that tend to mar the efficiency ..f the Postal Service, and cause some postal patron to find fault with the service rendered.
