LONDON', May 1. —The British gc.reru!tient expenditures for the fiscal year of 1822-23 are estimated at 910.069.000 pounds sterling, which is approximately .'00.000,000 pounds less than the expendlMires of last year, according to an outline of the new British budget, repealed ■ ills afternoon by Sir Robert Horne, ■naneellor of the exchequer.
