MOTHER OF 8 LEAVES HOME FOR NEW LOVE Wealthy Woman Takes Her Three Favorite Little Ones Along. NEW YORK, April 28.—What Justice Gannon termed “one of the most unusual and unnatural cases" of the eternal domestic triangle was brought into the Supreme Court in Brooklyn. It was a suit for divorce brought by Charles J. Cornell, wealthy building contractor, against his wife, the mother of his eight children, whom he charges with having bought a farm at New Woodstock. N. Y., and gone, with three favorites among her children, to live with a man named Herbett Johnson. The argument of the action was Interrupted by the justice after the husband. a son and the son s bride had tes tified against Mrs Annie M Cornell. The case went over Indefinitely, the judge Insisting uper, Mrs. Cornell being pro duced in court. The son, Arthur Cornell, and his bride testified to having been invited to Mrs. Cornell's farm shortly after their mar- , rlage. They remained until Thanksgiving day, when the bride insisted upon leaving because of the alleged relations of Mrs. Cornell and Johnson. The son said he told his mother she must choose between him and Johnson, and she chose Johnson.
