•SHORT COURSE IN TELEPHONY FOR OFFICIALS Annal Meeting at Purdue to Feature Series of Lectures. LAFAYETTE, Ind., March 31.—rians are complete tor the telephone plant school which will be held at Pnrdne Vnlrerslty, April 4-5. Indications are for the largest gathering of telephone men ever held In Indiana. The annual meeting of the Indiana Telephone Association to be held In connection with the school. The State association is composed of the Benton, West Central, Enst Central, and Northern Indiana Associations, all of which will be represented. The meeting In a measure will be an extension of the short course in telephony conducted In December. Lectures scheduled for the meeting will be ac compsnied by practical demonstrations. The course will be In charge of Fros. R. V. Achats of the electrical school. Henry A Barnhart of Rochester, former congressman. Is president of the Indiana association, and will respond to the address of welcome to be delivered by Dean A. A. Potter. Directors of the Indiana association Include William M. Bailery, Richmond; Frank E. Bohn, Ft. Wayne; J. A. Browne, Winchester; H. F. Farwell, Terre Haute; Frank Wampler, Indianapolis; W. W. Harbaugh, Sullivan; Max Hosea, Indianapolis; Henry A. Barnhart, Rochester; Frank V. Newman, La Porte; 8. M. Isom. Mitchell; F. R. Strickler, Franklin; Bamuefl Tomlinson, Logansport; W. L. Bott, Rensselaer, and Frank O. Cuppy, Lafayette.
