PLAN MEETINGS AT ROBERTS PARK Flying Squadron Will Be in City Three Days. Six meetings are to be held In Indianapolis the afternoon and evenings of Wednesday. Thursday and Friday, March 22, 23 and 24, at 3 and 7:30 o’clock daily by the flying squadron of which the Oliver Wayne Stewart of Chicago, president of the Flying Squadron Foundation, is the leader. Six speakers compose the squardon which is divided into three groups. The first will come for two big mass meetings the afternoon and evening of Wednesday. The second group will come for afternoon and evening of Thursday. The third group will arrive on Friday for two big mass meetings, afternoon and evening. “Law Enforcement,’’ “Social and Industrial Justice and Civic Righteousness’’ are the great impelling motives of a nation-wide campaign in which the squadron is now engaged. The speakers, in addition to Mr. Stewart, are Dr. D. Leigh Colvin of New York City. Frank S. Regan of Rockford, III.; the Rev. Norma C. Brown of Bloomington, 111.; James H. Woertendyke of Chicago, and Arthur E. Whitney of Columbus, Ohio. The Rev. George B. Walls was here a few days ago perfecting an organization to cooperate locally with the flying squadron. The mpetir gs are to be held in the Roberts Park M. E. Church of Delaware and Vermons streets. The presiding officers for the meetings are as follows: On Wedneslay, March 22. at 3 p. m., Dr. G. M. Smith, pastor of Roberts Park M, E. Church; at 7:30 p. m., the same day. Ed Jackson, secretary of State. On Thursday, March 23, at 3 p. m. Mrs. Elizabeth F. Stanley, president State W. C. T. U.; at 7:30 p. m. Ben Burris, State superintendent public instruction. On Friday, March 24, at 3 p. m., Bert Morgan, Indiana Federal prohibition director, and at 7:30 p. m. Dr. Robert J. Aley, president of Butler College. The speakers are making only the larger cities, educational centers and strategic points. No admission will be charged.

CLOTHING TO BE SHIPPED The first shipment of clothing from Indianapolis for needy Russians in the famine-stricken district will be made early next week, Mrs. Wilrner Christian said today. Mrs. Christian is in charge of the clothing which Is being assembled at the Y. W. C. A. building. It is coming in splendidly, she said, from all parts of the State. From Fountain City came a contribution of warm woolen hosa for children, sent by children, who mended them carefully. Mrs. Christian said the Y. W. C. A. would call for clothing if notified.
