STEVENSON IS VICTIM OF LAW OF OWN MAKING Former City Attorney Arrested as Violator of Parking Rule. Enmeshed web of his own wearing was Thomas R. Stevenson, former city attorney, when called to city court to answer an overtime parking charge yesterday afternoon at the weekly traffic court. Mr. Stevenson was a member of the city legal department which drew up the overtime parking ordinance. As it was his first offense, this charge, along with 231 other cases of first offendcrs, was continued indefinitely. The total number of offenders scheduled to appear in court was 354.. Fiftyone of this number failed to appear and were ordered re-arrested. Fourteen persons, on their second offense, were fined $1 and costs each for parking overtime by Judge Delbert O. Wilmeth. They were: Wesley Ryan, 734 East Twenty-First street; Ballard Long, 2515 North Pennsylvania street; O. K. Van Arsdell. 1113 North Arsenal avenue; William L. Elder, Saks Building; Westerlin-Campbell Company, 815 Lemcke Building: Long-Bell Lumber Company, 1618 Merchants Bank Building; Indiana Investment and Securities Company, Fletcher Trust BuildingW. J.
