Police are looking for her husband, Cleveland McDowell, with she had been quarreling and who Is missing. The woman's assailant had bound her hands together with a stocking before striking the fatal blow.
Hughes to Report to Advisory Council WASHINGTON, Nov. 22.—Secretary of Si ate Hughes will meet with the advisory council of the American delegation to the armament conference at 2:30 this afternoon.
