The area of cold weather which crossed this rexion Saturday niglit- has passed rapidly eastward, and has been followed hy a turn to warmer, which covers the country from the Great Lakes to Texas, in connection with a barometric depression now traversing that region. This depression also extends northwestward from Texas to tho north Pacific toast, and has occasioned marked rises in temperature in parts of the Rocky region. In most of the Missouri and Canadian Northwest, however, low temperatures continue, tho readings from Montana and North Pitkota northward being considerably below zero. WHITE RTYER CONDITIONS. At 7 a. in. tqilay stages In White River were as follows: Anderson, 11.6, falling; Indianapolis, 14.7, falling; Eilistrom, 23.3, rising; Decker, 13.5, rising.
