Giant Anti-Red Uprising Plan for Spring of 1922 Ataman Seminov Said to Be Behind Movement for Soviet Overthrow.
SHANGHAI, Nov. 15.—Ataman Seminov is making plans for a giant antiBolshevist revolution to start simultaneously all over Russia in the spring of 1922. Seminov’s presence in Shanghai, the veil of secrecy which has obscured all his movements for the past few months and the reason for the numerous conclaves of leading Russians in Shanghai during the early fall, were explained by the revelation as to the plans for the revolution made by K. W. Luehich, formerly Russian consular judge In Shanghai and now Seminov’s confidential adviser. HOPES TO PUT RUSSIA ON MAP. The Ataman hopes that the revolution will put Russia back where it was at the time of the overthrow of the Czar. , The giant uprising planned will have the combined backing of all anti-Bolshevists, irrespective of their past differences, according to Seminov. Remnants of “white” armies, the scattered hosts of General Wrangel, the tribes of the trans-Baikal, Pri-Amur and Urals, and Semlnov's army will form the backbone of the revolution. Seminov declared he is far from

A. Cox, vice president of Dilling & Cos., announces that four or five tons of confections will be shipped to Constantinople within the next fortnight. Mr. Cox had the enthusiastic cooperation of the Indiana Confectioners’ Club, at which he is president, and also the Central Club, comprising candy manufacturers of Indiana, Ohio and Michigan. Indiana sent more than a ton. The American Railway Express carried candy to the Atlantic seaboard free. Included In the Indianapolis shipment was 100 pounds of wholesome candy, which 1 was the gift of Mrs. Etta L. Keely, principal of public school No. 14 of this city. Miss Keely purchased the candy with her own private funds and sent it to Armenian orphans in the name of her school pupils. Candy manufacturers of Indianapolis, Ft. Wayne, Logansport, Richmond, New I Albany, Lafayette, Pendleton. Evansville. , South Bend and Vincennes joined in the I contribution of gift candy. It is ex- j pected the candy will be delivered to the ' children by Christmas.
“through” and that bis army Is merely marking time until his return to Russia from the conference being held here. He expects the Washington armament conference to cause the withdrawal of the Japanese from Siberia and with the Japanese and the winter out of the way, the fuse to another fiery revolution to spread from Vladivostok to Riga, will be lighted by the enemies of red rule. AMERICA AS YET FAR AWAY. Ataman Seminov has been making elaborate plans to leave for America shortly, returning here in the spring, but the refusal of the various national consuls to rise his passports has postponed this plan Indefinitely. DELICATE BOY NOW PICTURE JF HEALTH By Taking Our Cod Liver and Iron Tonic—Vinol MRS. C. JONES’ SON. Wilkes Barre, Penn. —“I want other mothers to know what Vinol has done for my boy. Bronchial pneumonia left him in a frail, delicate condition and terrible coughing spells. The doctor tried I different prescriptions, but he continued to fall. I was told about Vinol and he tried It and I never saw such a change as it has made in him, as he is no*~ i the picture of health and p"rtWHy .veil.” Mrs. Caroline Jones, 144 S. Meade St., Wilkes Barre, Pa. There is nothing that acts so quickly in building up frail, delicate children as Vinol. as It contains the curative tissue building elements of fresh cods' livers without oil, together with the blood making and strength creating properties of Iron, Glycerophosphates and Beef Peptones, the most successful body and strength building agents known. We will agree to help your child with Vinol cr return your money. Henry J. Under, druggist, Indianapolis.—Advertisement.
