LARGEST GRAIN SACK IN WORLD Used to Receive Contributions for Armenians. At Xear East Belief headquarters at the State fairground the largest grain sack in the world was erected yesterday. It Is attracting much attention from gratn-growers. Across the sack btg black letters spell the words. “Help Fill Indiana’s Xear East Belief Grain Sack.” Half a dozen relief workers are asking farmers to pledge a few bushels of corn and wheat to save the starving Armenians. The sack occupies a prominent place a few feet south of the Coliseum. The exhibit is In charge of Y. K. Bashgetoor, native Armenian, who dares not return to Turkey because of a prison sentence of one hundred years standing against him on the books of the Turkish court at Harpoot. Dr. Beshgetoor Is filled with information regarding conditions in the Bible lands. He was arrested In Turkey for a trifling offense and after a sentence of a century had been Imposed, escaped to the United States*

This school is of two tobelfs' duration and the pupils are given ojjpor- 1 tunities to perform all the duties attached to the maintenance and organization of a modern household. All of the duties of the school, with tha exception of mopping, sweeping and the heavier work, which is done by paid attendants, as performed by tte pupils under tha guidance of a supervisor. For this purpose there are five groups Into which the students arc divided. These are cooking, serving, taking, a nd! an< l or " The students attending this school range in age from 16 to 25 and are high school and college girls, teachers and housekeepers. The only qualification, in addition to excelling in some domestic science competition is good health. It is impossible for a girl to attend two such schools unless she is one of the two Honor Girls, who are chosen at the completion of the course. Individual ratings are given for school spirit, claw work, adaptability and showing made in group work. The Honor Girls are permitted to attend Ibe school a second time, acting in a capacity of supervisors. One girl. Martha Pavey.
