Negro Bound Over Under Heavy Bonds Judge Walter Pritchard bound Richard Washington, a negro, 315 Wyoming street, to the grsnd jury yesterday on charges of robbery, larceny and attempted criminal assault. His bond was made 311.500 by the court. Amos Albertson, 1045 South Pershing avenue, and Freda Whitaker, 5135 Baird avenue. Identified Washington as the negro who held them up at Kentucky avenue and Eagle Creek June 11. The neggo is said to have covered Albertson with a revolver and relieve him of 93. Then the negro attempted to attack the girl but her screams caused him to run. Patrolman Gillispte arrested Washington.
