Seaman, general yard master for the Big Four Railroad, died at his home, 3006 Broadway Thursday. Funeral services will be held at the home Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock, and burial wiil be in Crown HilL The rites will be private. Mr. Seaman entered the employe of the Big Four Jan. 1, 1901 as a switchman. He was a member of Virtian Lodge No 60S, F. & A. M. The widow, one son, Kenneth; a brother, J. SI. Seaman, 823 Broadway, and five sisters. Mrs. George Hearall, Mrs. Mattie E. Minnie Hamilton and Mrs. Grace Pottingham, Indianapolis, and Mrs. Maude Stete, North Middle Rock, Ark., survive. Former President of City Council Dies James H. Billingsley, who served as president of the city council during the administration of Mayor Thomas Taggart, died yesterday at his home in Galena, 111. Mr. Billingsley was mayor of Gelena, and was president of the Frontier Mining Company, which has Indianapolis offices at 413 Fletcher Trust building. Mr. Billingsley represented the Second ward in the council, and moved to Galena In 1908, where Mrs. Billingsley died. Mr. Billingsley remarried, and the widow, a daughter, Miss Elizabeth Billingsley, and one son. Clifford H. Billingsley, survive. Benton F. Billingsley, Indianapolis, Is a brother. Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at Galena. Graduation Closes Dental School Year Forty-three graduates of the Indiana Dental College, who participated in the forty-third annual commencement exercises of the school last night, were told by L. N. Hines, State superintendent of pnhlic instruction, who made the commencement address, to put ideals above dollars and make service their motto. The exercises were held in the K. of P. building auditorium, and each of the graduates received a degree of doctor of dental surgery. Diplomas were presented the graduates by Dr. Frederic K. Henshaw, dean of the college, and Dr. J. N. Hurty, secretary of the State board of health and a trustee of the college, awarded the degrees to the graduates. Invocation was delivered by the Rev. Wiliam B. Farmer, and music was furnished by the Lincoln trio. Disarmament Only Hope—Gen. Davidson LONDON, June 17.—The solemn warning that war will be inevitable unless the arming of nations ceases was sounded by Gen. Sir John Davidson in opening debate in the House of Commons this afternoon on the forthcoming British imperial conference.

FILES SECOND DIVORCE SUIT Morristown Woman Says Hubby Made Light of Gold Star. Special to The Times. SHELBTVILLE, Ind., June 17.—Following a year of married life, featured by a separation, action for a divorce, a reunion and later another separation, Mrs. Prudence C. Clegg of Morristown has filed a second divorce complaint in the Shelby Circuit Court against Robert E. Clegg. She asks the return of her former name. Prudence C. Hensley. Mrs. Clegg charges her husband objected to her attending her church and insisted that she go to his church, which she refused to do. He also demanded that she sell her property and give him the money, she claiins, and says he succeeded in obtaining SBOO of her money. On a recent occasion, she charges, the defendant had one of his children by a former marrifcge drive their automobile at an excessive rate of speed, causing her much nervousness, and when she objected, he merely laughed and she was obliged to walk on account of her nervous state. He also ridiculed her for wearing a gold star in memory of her dead son, Bernard Hensley, killed In France, and spoke light of the boy's service in the Army, she said. Mr. and Mrs. Clegg were married April 7. 1920. separated the first time May 10, 1920, were reunited in September, 1920, and again separated April 21, 1021. DELEGATES TO 810 MEETING.
