Notice is hereby given by the Board of Park Commissioners of the city of Indianapolis that by Its resolution No. *, 1921, it has determined that It is desired and deemed necessary to make an appropriation of such interest In lands or parts of lots for the purpose of establishing a building line on each side of Meridian street, a boulevard in the city of Indianapolis, as may be necessary to secure to such board the right to prevent the erection of all structures between such building lines and the Msrldlan street property line; and that the land so affected by such proposed building line and upon tt-hlch such restriction shall be imposed lies on either side of Meridian street between the north lino of Maple Road boulevard and the south line of Westfield _ Free Gravel Road, and between the property line of the west side of Meridian street and a line parallel with and seventy-five feet west from such property line, and also’ between the east property line of said Meridian street and a line parallel with and seventy-five feet east from said last mentioned property line.
