Foreign Travel From Indiana on Increase Foreign travel among residents of Indiana is on the Increase, according to figures compiled by H. M. Tebay, division chief of the Indianapolis division of the Internal Revenue office. Mr. Tebay said yesterday that during the month of March William 1,. Flder, collector of internal revenue, issued 103 certificates of compliance with the income tax laws to citizens of the United States desiring to visit foreign countries and 109 clearance certificates to resident aliens who were returning to vis’t their native lands.
