M. C. A., were each fined $lO and costs on charges of associating. The ten days given the latter two were suspended by Judge Pritchard. Marie Thot-.paon, alias Francis Hinton, 25, 421 East New York street, and Julia Smith, 28, 608 East New York street, each charged with statutory offenses, were discharged.
