HARDING LICKS MESSAGE INTO FORM ON TRAIN Will Complete Work to Have Visit With Home Folk Free From Care. EX ROUTE WITH PRESIDENTELECT HARDING, ATLANTA, Ga , I Feb. 28. President-elect Harding whipped his inaugural address into shape today while his special train speeded northward on the first leg of Its Journey to Washington. With only a few stops scheduled. Harding planned to put in some hours of uninterrupted work on his forthcoming message and by the time Marion Is reached early tomorrow morning. It is expected the speech will have been completed. The President-elect wishes to get all business of a pressing nature out of the way so far as possible, so that his last visit with the Marion home folk may be free from official duties. His neighbors have arranged to give him an enthusiastic send-off. The Harding train left Jaeksonville last night, passed through Atlanta and Chattanooga and will reach Cincinnati tonight. It is due in Marion early Tuesday morning. The President-elect will have two full days in his home town before proceeding on to Washington to be inaugurated Friday. LABOR POST STILL IN DOUBT. The Harding home on Mt. Vernon avenue, the scene of many activities during the campaign, has been rented and Senator and Mrs. Harding will stay at the home of his father. Dr. George T. Harding, during their last visit to Marion According to present plans, the Presi-dent-elect and Mrs. Harding wiU leave Marlon Wednesday night, arriving In the Capital Thursday afternoon. They will go direct to the presidential suiteat the Willard. Indications are that the Harding Inaugural Friday will be one of the shortest on record. Those around the Presi-dent-elect said nothing elaborate in the way of a speech is planned and that it will be devoted mainly to domestic affairs. HARDING HOME RENTED OrT. No further announcement on the Cabinet are expected from Mr. Harding until he presents the names to the Senate for confirmation March 4. The only post about which any uncertainty is still felt is that of labor. During his last hours In Florida. S‘>nator Harding was in receipt of insistent representations'on behalf of James Duncan. one of the vice presidents of the American Federation of Labor. Indications are, however, that the place will go to James J. Davis, head of the Loyal Order of Moose, although Mr. Harding said twenty-four ’hours before leaving Florida there had been no definite tender of the portfolio to any man. First of all, get It firmly fixed In your mind that all the liniments In the world have no effect whatever on Rheumatism. Medical scientists differ as to the causes of every form of rheumatism, but agree that when caused by a tiny disease germ, the only effective method of treatment is to ittack the disease at its source', and cleanse the blood of its cause. Avery common form of Rheumatism is caused by millions of tiny disease germs which infest the blood. The one and only sensible
treatment, therefore. Is one which cleanses the blood of these germs, and routs them entirely out of the circulation. This is why S.S.S., the greatest known blood purifier, is so successful in the treatment of Rheumatism. It is a powerful cleanser of the blood, and will remove the dis3ase germs that cause your Rheumatism, affording relief that is genuine. S.S.S. is sold by all druggists.
