Ten persons were arrested for falling to have State motor vehicle licenses, twq. for failure to obtain peddler's licenses, five for having no city truck licenses, one for haring no wagon license and two for not having obtained a bicycle license. The police continued making arrests of persons failing to display tall lights and thirty-five were arrested on that charge. Two persons were arrested on charge of passing a standing street car One automobile owner was arrested on the charge of parking on the wrong side of the street.
