The wholesale dismissal of thirty-live cases on the Criminal Court docket as the result of recommendations made by Ex-Prosecutor Claris Adams, to Judge A. Collins, results in Louis E. Haag and Julius A. Ilaag, Indianapolis druggists, who are now serving sentences in the Federal prison at Atlanta. Ga., escaping trial in the Criminal Court on two indictments. - The action of the court in dismissing the suits clears from the docket two cases against the Haag brothers, charging them with failure to keep a record book of liquor prescriptions aud also the reputed failure to file with the county clerk affidavits showing the sale of liquor under the prohibition law. The Haags were convicted in a second trial In Criminal Court on a charge of operating a blind tiger, but the Haags have not served a day of this sentence, as an appeal was taken to the State Supreme Court. It was not until Federal Judge A. B. Anderson sentenced the Haags that the brothers actually began serving any court sentence. On their return to the city, the Haag brothers will not face trial in Criminal Court, as the charges against them ?i:ive been dropped. A total of thirty-five cases have been nolied and dismissed on motion which is said to have been made by Adams before he retired from office last Saturday. No announcement was made that Adams had tiled such a motion. Other cases dismissed in this wholesale order and the reasons given, are as follows: William Reynolds, vehicle taking, now serving time in reformatory In another case; William A. Greyer, embezzlement; James G. Collins, alias Carsons, vehicle takiug, serving time in reformatory; Eugene Lust, assault aud battery and intent to commit criminal assault, transferred to Juvenile Court; Oakland Woods and John Hall, vehicle taking, removal of their families from State; Noble F. Ryan, removing mortgaged property, sentenced in another case; Harry Russe. embezzlement, sentenced in another case: Minor Johnson, bigamy and larceny, returned to Tennessee as an Insane patient; George Goodman. vehicle taking, returned to St. Louis Juvenile Court; Raymond Dickerson, alias Dixon, grand larceny, now in reformatory ; W.
