The Stores Protective Association will secure the utmost publicity in the effort to stamp out the rapidly-growing evil. A complete filling system will be maintained wherein will be kept, on a card Index, the history of every case, together with a complete description of the one who committed the offense, and wherever possible a photograph of the offender
