We Will Help You to Save Safely fcattngs anb Zmst <&a. fcuMnraa Jailbreaker Starts on 5-Year Sentence Henry Tunnecliff, one of the twentyfour prisoners who escaped from the Marion County jail July 6, left this afternoon accompanied by deputy United States marshals and a city detective for Atlanta, where he will start a five-year sentence for transporting stolen automobiles from State to State. Tunnecliff was recently returned from Oklahoma, where he was arrested following his escape. May Hunt Rabbits Hunters who have been misled, by mistake in copies of the hunting laws, to believe the open season for rabbit hunting It not nntll the middle of the present month, have been notified by C-torge N. Mar.nfeld. superintendent of ihe fish and gv.me department of the Department of Conservation, that the open season started April 1. Hunters will be permitted to hunt rabbits until Jan. 10, when the season closes. Many hunters who have been anxious to chase rabbits have been withholding their ambitions until Nov. 10, In order not to violate the law. It la expected that an unusual rush for the woods and fields will result from the notice of Mr. Mannfeld. Mr. Mantifeld also announced that the open season for hunting quail starts Wednesday. This season closes Dec. 20. Warning is sounded by Mr. Mannfeld. to all hunters, to obtain permission from landowners before bunting on any ground, as many farmers are unfavorable to quail hunting on their land. The fact that they have hunting licenses will not protect hunters from prosecution if they are hunting without permission. The open season for hunting squirrels started Aug. 1 and will close Dec. 1, and the open season for ducks started Sept. 18 and will end Dec. 81.
