William Oliver, 13. of 1244 West Washington street, was arrested last night and Is held under a $3,000 bond on the charge of contributing to delinquency. Oliver, Rist. his daughter, Ethel Rist, 15, and Hazel Myers, 13, of 1256 West Washington street, disappeared Saturdaynight. The police were notified, but efforts to find the mlseir.g girls failed until the , Myers girl returned home last night. The story told by the child, who de- ] scribed a tour in an automobile with the two men and the Rist girl, resulted in the arrests. The two girls are held In the detention home.
