INDIANA DAILY TIMES, FRIDAY, MAY 14,1920.
Russell and Miss Thurman are well adapted to the type of acting called for in “The Valley of Tomorrow,” and therefore all the scenes are realistic. The plot of the story Is woven among the feuds of the and the efforts of the backwoodsmen to avenge their wrongs. Opinion—Excellent scenery, good acting and a well-finished story. -1- -I- -IMUBAT. “The Smarter Set” opened a three-day engagement at the Murat last night. It is a company composed of colored singers, With Salem Tutt Whitney and ,T. Homer Tutt carrying most of the burden, and it is a pretty big burden. What the compauy lacks mostly are voices; there are numerous scenic changes and the comedy Is poor.
If these colored entertainers would stick to the old melodious southern type of singing and dancing and would be content to act natural, their show would be greatly improved. Even at that the show seemed to please those who like this kind of entertainment.

A t alldneggistu .Resinol ." ™ The Secret of Keeping The Skin Wrinkle-Free The great secret of keeping the face smooth, wrinkle-free and refined in texture is to use an effective astringent when the skin shows a tendency to become loose or the pores to enlarge. The best thing of the kind is a simple solution made by dissolving an ounce of pure powdered saxolite in a half pint of witch hazel. I’sed as a wash lotion, this promptly tightens the skin, which of course, smooths out the lines and wMakles and reduces too large pores. Large pores, by the way, encourage blackheads, being so easily clogged with dirt and grime. The lotion referred to, therefore, serves as a blackhead preventive. It is also valuable in cases of sagging cheeks and chin, the astringent action, of course, serving to “draw In" the folds and obliterate the creases. Powdered saxolite now being sold by druggists generally in this country, any woman can make this lotion herself.—Advertisement. Mending TISSUE SJNSrsS No sewing or darning.
