LONDON HEARS 35 FALL IN RED RIOTS Disorders Reported in Former Austrian Dependency. They don’t like labor troubles, and complain that there are too many strikes. The majority say they are going to stay, but some of the prosperous ones say they are going to bring their families back. The number of applications for income tax receipts required for passports has increased decidedly during the last ten days, according to William L. Elder, Internal revenue collector. COAL MEN FIGHT TRIAL IN INDIANA 16 in Chicago Plead Against Removal to This State. Coal operators in other states are expected to carry to the United States supreme court, if necessary, their fight against removal to Indiana to face trial in federal court. Sixteen Illinois coal men entered pleas against removal before United States Commissioner Mason in Chicago yesterday. L. Ert Slack, special assistant to the district attorney, who aided In the piesentation of evidence to the federal grand Jury, which Indicted 125 coal operators on conspiracy charges, said that the Indiana men will be arraigned May 6.
