Some \ of the proposed plans, of course, were still not complete and therefore are not ready to be publicly announced. There was a general sentiment expressed that the state high school basketball tourney should be held In Indianapolis in 1921. It was pointed out that Indianapolis Is the centrally located city. Tomlinson hall. It was stated, would seat more persons than the Mg gymnasium at Indiana university or any other gymnasium In the state. A suggestion was made that the coliseum at the state fair grounds might be used. A temporary floor could be placed In the coliseum and the great building would accommodate about 10,000 people, which Is far more than any other building la the state, and probably In the central west, will seat. The failure of a number of Technical High school students to gain admission to the Indiana university gymnasium to see their teem In action Saturday morning, was mentioned. Members of the Butler athletic committee and faculty declared that Butler should eitend an invitation to the members of the Indiana State High School Athletic association to hold the state tourney In Indianapolis next year. It was said an effort would be made to Interest the Chamber of Commerce in the idea ang obtain lta support. \ It was unofficially stated that the Butler athletic committee would extend an Invitation to the high schools of this district to hold the district* track meet on the Butler college athletic field. It wa* pointed out that excellent dressing rooms were convenient to tlie field and that there were plenty of bleachers for tbspectators. The track is one of the fastest and best in the state. It was suggested that by having the sectional track meet at Butler the high school athletes would have an opportunity to meet “Pat” Page and learn" of the new athletic system at Butler college-
