HOLLAND WILL GUARD WILHELM Must Give Pledge Not to Move Without Consent. LONDON, March 6.—The Dutch government has decided to allow the former kaiser to live In his new home at Doorn. but will exar* anew and stronger personal'pledge from him that he will not move without the government's consent and will not participate in political affairs, an Amsterdam dispatch today said. The dlapatch which quoted “authoritative Information,"' declared that the government Is prepared to take effective measures to prevent him from violating any promises ne may make. A heavy guard will be maintained around his home. The government said it was not even considering the allied suggestion that Wilhelm be banished to some Dutch colony. Grandmother Shot by Boy at Play MERIDIAN, Miss., March s.—Bennv Clark, 11, while handling a pistol at the home of his grandmother, Mrs. Lucy Clark, 64, yesterday evening, pulled the trigger of the weapon, sending the bullet through the back of the aged woman and Inflicting a wound from which it is thought she will die.
