WATERPOWER AIDS QUEBEC Progress of Industry Marked Under Development. QUEBEC. Quebec, Jan. 23.—Interesting figures illustrative of the industrial growth of the Province of Quebec have been laid before the legislative assembly by the Hon. Walter G. Mitchell, provincial treasurer. “Our province ex pandinsr industrially at a rapid rate,’ said the minister. “The develor -ient of our stater powers has in a very large measure contributed to this great in dustrial expansion. There is no doubt •in my mind that our province is emi nently adapted for all kinds of In dustries. We have the resources: we have the power; we have the means of transportation, both rail and water; our people are industrious, economical and contented, and there is nothing that I can see to retard our progress. in dustrial development means more em ployment for labor, more wages, and greater markets for the produce of the farmer. "We mnst have more production, there must be more work, but to get the best results there is an absolute necessity that the capitalist, the laborer, and the farmer work together for the good of our province and country. The different factions which arc now pitted against each other must recognize the broad basis of co-operation, which has been responsible for modern progress. Cos, operation means the sinking of differ - . ences for the common good. Capitalist. laborer and farmer must get down to a ’ businesslike understanding of their differences for the common weal.”

Judge Walter Pritchard of the city court today was convinced that phrenology is a science and does not come under the head of fortune telling, which is prohibited by a citv ordinance. This conviction of the court resultedln Anna Adams and Katherine Nicholas. 517 West'Washington, both foreign women, being released from a charge of fortune telling. The women appeared in city court, late yesterday. Attorney Alva Rucker, the defendants’ attorney, ordered Katherine Nicholas to give a demonstration. Bergt. Bates was selected as the patient to be "operated” on by the gypsy woman. She stood behind the chair occupied by the sergeant and slowly ran her fingers through his hair. Katherine told of the sergeant's wonderful qualities, of his patience and self control and the like. Do you get up in the morning more tired than when you went to bed ? Are you nervous, fagged out, irritable and easily exhausted? These symptoms simply mean that you have not a sufficient supply of iron, oxygen and the natural cell-salts that your blood requires to keep your body strong, vigorous and healthy. Every disease that afflicts the human body is due to the lack of one or more of the natural cell-salts in the blood. Pain, fever, headache, backache, nervousness, anaemia, dyspepsia, billiousness, chills, dizziness, congestion, constipation, etc., are but Nature’s warning signals , that the cells of some part of vour body are starving for the lack of their natural food. All diseases that are curable ar cured in a natural way through th circulation of the blood which carried by the blood vessels and transudes through the walls of the veins and capillaries into the surrounding tissues. When the blood contains the proper amount of cellsalts and red blood cells, the whole body glows with health and vi f ality —the eyes sparkle—sleep is refreshing—and you are free from aches and pains. REOLO combines the cell-salts that the blood must have to nourish the body and keep it well—in a form easily assimilated by the blood. REOLO absorbs the oxygen from the air in the lungs and carries it into the blood—rapidly increasing the number of red blood cells—and the amount of plasma in ! the blood, sending through the entire body a stream of rich, vitalized, health-giving blood that nourishes every cell of the nerves, tis- | sues, brain and bone. Each package of REOLO contains tablets enough for two weeks’ treatment. In ordinary cases tho treatment should be continued for six weeks to give the blood a rich supply o? oxygen, plasma and the ceu-salt solution that builds new cells. The complete six weeks’ treatment costs but very little and will in most cases restore normal health and vitality. In chronic cases of long standing or abnormal conditions due to neglect, excessive nerve strain, overwork or prolonged illness, it naturally requires a longer time for REOLO to reconstruct the diseasaC cells, tone up the heart and nervou* system and make the blood rich in red blood cells and plasma, vitalized with oxygen, iron and tho health-renewing cell-salts that restore normal health and vigor. Start the REOLO Tonic Treatment today and you will be delighted with the steady improvement in your health.
