gress for the relief of the purchasers of public lands, and for tbe extinguishment of the debt
due to tbe United States, by tbe purchasers of
public lands prior to the first day of July, 1S20, which have not heretofore been exposed to public sale under the provisions of the act of Congress, passed on the 24th day of April, 1820, entitled 'An act making further provision for tbe sale of tbe public lands." Also, at- the same times and places, there will be exposed to public sale, all lands further credited in the second and third classes, under tbe provisions of tbe act of Congress, passed ott the second day of March, 1321, entitled (An act for the relief of tbe purchasers of public lands prior to the .first day of July. 1820;' and fb acts supplementary thereto, passed on the 20fb day of April, 1822, and 3d day of March, 1823, which have reverted to the United States, agreeably to tbe terms of such further credit, in
consequence of non-payment within the legal
period. Also, at the same times and places, there will be exposed to sale, all lands whicb have reverted, or whicb, prior to tbe day of such sale, may revert to tbe United Statesj under the provisions of the sixth-condition of tbe fifth section of tbe act of Congress, passed on tbe 10th diy of May, 1800, entitled 'An act to amend the act, entitled aa act providing for tbe sale of tbe lands of tbe United States, in the territory northwest of the Ohio, and above the outh of tbe Kentucky river and wbicb have Dot heretofore been exposed to public sale, egreeebly to tbe provisions of tbe act of tbe 24th day of April, 1820, above quoted, to wit. At tbe Land Office at Jffersonville, on tbe second Monday in December next. At the Land (Mice at Vincennes, on the third Monday in December next.
