A gentleman of this place has politely favored us with a perusal of a letter from a friend in Indianapolis, by which we are informed that T. H. Blake is elected by a majority of four votes, to represent the 1st Congressional district. Trie loss of one township in Fountain county, in which Blake had a majority, gave rise to the report of Boon's success.
