On Friday during the Indianapolis Colts Coaches Luncheon at the Sagamore Ballroom George McGinnis was awarded the Marshall "Major" Taylor Award.

The 2004 Miss Circle City Classic Jeniece Fleming of North Central High School sat at the head table during the annual luncheon.

The Classic Youth Football & Cheerleading Clinic was held last week at the Colts Complex. During the event Reggie Wayne, Colts wide receiver, signs autographs for participants.

Over 500 youth ages six to 14 were invited to attend the free camp, which lasted approximately five hours. Participants were taught sportsmanship, along with other athletic training.

This year, five high school student athletes were honored with the Circle City Classic Student Athlete Awards.
