of Director, Projects and Contracts.

This position is responsible for administering and overseeing IPl s line Clearance Contract for efficiency, adherence to IPl standards and protocols and customer satisfaction. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing administering and optimixing Customer Operations contracts and contracting mechanisms. Additionally, the oversight of contractor workforce to ensure performance and safety, and adherence to IPL s work and safety rules is handled by the Director. This person also provides project management for a limited number of larger Customer Operations projects and coordinates the planning design, construction, operational and integration activities for all Power delivery projects, including system reinforcement new business and street lighting The Director also prioritizes the Power Delivery work plan identifies resource and schedule constraints and opportunities. Strong communications skills are needed as this position establishes a cross-functional Customer Operations team, provides executive management with project and work plan funding recommendations and prepares detailed project reports and summaries to Team Leaders and

management every two weeks

This position requires a Bachelors degree in engineering and a minimum of 15 years of increasing responsibility in project and contract management We also seek demonstrated experience in coordinating resources optimizing design solutions and prioritizing numerous small projects in electric distribution

transmission and substations
