IYI is a dynamic, statewide nonprofit serving thousands of Indiana youth workers each year with capacity-building services, including program evaluation. Our Director of Evaluation will be able to use SF J SS and conduct regression and chi square analyses, yet be able to explain results with user-friendly, non-scientific models reports and practical applications. lYI's Director of Evaluation has an integral role in the publication of lYI's KIDS COUNT in Indiana Data Book while also leading the internal evaluation of lYI's many programs and services.
