An Evening With the 100 The 100 Black Men of Indianapolis presents the 2 na annual "An Evening With the 100” dinner and dance on Nov. 15 at the Mariott-East Ballroom on 7202 E. 21 4 ' St. The event is to benefit the 100 Black Men youth programs. There will be a silent auction as well as food, live entertainment and a DJ. 65 th anniversary The Indiana Junior Historical Society will celebrate its 65 ,h year Nov. 15 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Indiana History Center, 450 W. Apollo auditions Nov. 15 Clowes Memorial Hall of Butler University is holding auditions for Showtime at the Apollo Nov. 15 beginning at 10 a.m. The auditions will be judged by the Apollo Theater staff. If there are not 250 applicants in advance, contestants can show up the morning of the auditions to try and register for the open slots. www.walkertheatre.com. IMAX Theater films The film lineup at the IMAX Theater at the Indiana State Museum will be changing Nov. 14 with the opening of “Santa vs. the Snowman." This annual holiday film will take the place of "Apollo 13: The IMAX Experience" on the schedule and run through Jan. 1. As a result, beginning Nov. 14, the lineup will only include "Santa vs. the Snowman,” "Straight Up: Helicopters in Action," "Coral Reef Adventure" and "Lewis & Clark: Great Journey West." This schedule will run through Dec. 24 when Disney's "Young Black Stallion” will be added to the lineup. Holiday offering at Phoenix Underground While the musical comedy revue "Sophie Tucker: American Legend" graces its Mainstage Theatre, the Phoenix Theatre will present a new comedy by John Watch on its Underground Stage. "Circumference of a Squirrel: a Riff with an Innertube" is acomedy about a recently divorced young man who, during the holidays, reflects on his life as he watches a squirrel struggle to carry a bagel up a tree. The show will open on Friday, Nov. 28 and continue through Sunday, Dec. 21. Tickets are on sale now. Tickets for those 25 and over are $22.50; tickets for those 24 and under are $12. The Phoenix Theatre is located at 749 N. Park Ave., at the corner of St. Clair Street, just north of Massachusetts Avenue. Tickets can be'purchased with a credit card by calling the box office at 635PLAY (635-7529).
