Not all companies are the same. Some are not up-front and honest. Some don t specialize in the repair or replacement of older furnaces and air conditioners. They may only carry one brand and they seem to be at a loss w hen it comes to servicing a unit they ve never seen. Others only jump into the business during the busy season and are hard to find when you really need them. Often, they fail to show up on time while you waste your entire day waiting.
