Emmis names Hunt head of Emmis Books Emmis Publishing appointed Richard Hunt as president and publisher of the newly-created Emmis Books division. Hunt comes to Emmis with 20+ years in the book industry,-including stints at Bantam, Doubleday, D^ll and Houghton Mifflin. Emmis Books has been created to expand and build upon the Emmis' current regional book publishing divisions.
