Now if you say “Amen” often to what I am writing today you might not have to take too long to read it. These are days and times when we need to be focused. There are so many people, places, and things competing for our attention. There are so many opportunities to make the right or wrong decisions available to us in

this life. There are so many questions that we need an answer for. There are so many needs that we must address. These are days when we need to . be focused. Worship will always help us to get and remain focused on God, and we need to be focused on God in order to make right decisions. Worship is our ascribing the proper

worth to God. We place so many things, people, and even events (that and who cannot give us one breath of life), over God. It is God and God alone who breathes all life into us. When we worship God in spirit and in truth we let God know that we are well aware where our blessings truly do come from. To worship God is to magnify God as being worthy. To worship God is to let the world know that you believe God to be the ultimate creator and sustainer of the universe. To worship God is to point out that God is the most worthy and excellent judge of the highest court in all of creation. The more we focus on God, the more we come to understand and appreciate just how worthy God is
