Kravitz rescheduled Verizon Wireless Music Center announced the recently postponed Lenny Kravitz concert would take place on Saturday, Sept. I4at7p.m. The show, originally set for July 27, was postponed due to a throat ailment of Kravitz. Kravitz will appear along with special guest Pink as part of the Coors Light Concert Series. All ticket holders are encouraged to present their ticket stubs, or tickets. with the originally scheduled date at the gate for entry into the rescheduled show. The Jazz Kitchen will host Kawai Piano Night The Jazz Kitchen, 5377 N. College Ave., will present the 6th Annual Kawai Piano Night featuring Steve Alice and Claude Sifferlen. The performance will be Aug. 3 with two non-smoking shows at 8:30 and 10:30 p.m. Admission is $10 per person. Dinner reservations are recommended. Doors open at 5 p.m. The evening will feature two of Indy’s top jazzmen as they “play” tribute to Indiana’s great composers. Meeting scheduled for ragtime piano society The bimonthly meeting of the Classic Ragtime Piano Society will be at First Friends Church at 2 p.m. Aug. 4.
