There are nature trails, woods, ponds, flowers and wildlife in abundance. Residents have come here from all over the United States. We come from different cultures but we have the same values. We are involved with the greater Indianapolis community as well as the Robin Run Community. There is twenty four hour security and an excellent trained staff to help take care of things. Although it is a fairly large community we are like a family that looks after one another the neighbors are
wonderful.

Lugar’s amendment specifies that Election Reform Incentive Grant Program funds may go to states wishing to establish toll-free telephone hotlines to be used by voters reporting possible voting fraud and voting rights abuses. Lugar proposed such a hotline in a Dec. 17, 2000, Indianapolis Star op-ed column and in July 26, 2001, testimony to the Indiana Bipartisan Task Force on Election integrity. Lugar’s suggestions for statewide computerized voter rolls and federal financial assistance are also included in the Senate legisla-
