Chiller/Steam Turbine Mechanic/Working Foreman The ideal candidate will be a hands-on individual with previous super visory experience; a proven self-starter who is team-oriented and meets or exceeds the following: Qualifications: • Minimum of 10 years of refrigeration/pipefitter experience • Able to sen/ice and repair steam and electric-driven centrifugal chillers 2.200 ton and larger • Must have working knowledge and experience with instrumentation and control systems • Ability to troubleshoot all problems related to the entire chiller system • Must be able to service/repair pumps (17,500 gpm and larger) and cooling towers • Experience with steam absorption chiller helpful, but not required • Background as a refrigeration pipefitter, service supervisor with supervisory experience; engineering and/or military education helpful, but not required Responsibilities: • Individual will be responsible for maintaining parts, inventory, scheduling and performing maintenance programs, evaluation of eddy current testing and maintaininq equipment service records. Electrical/Instrument and Control Specialist Responsibilities: • Maintenance of motor control centers, switchboards, conduit and wirm.; • Maintenance of process measuring and controlling equipm-nt • Instrument calibration • Design of new or modified control systems • Emergency repairs Experience with the following equipment/devices: • Voltage up to 13,500 • Electronic transmitters and recoroeis • Single loop controllers , • Final control elements (such as pneumatic valves) • Analytical instruments (such as gas, oxygen, or combiisao--. .mat,. ers) Applicant must possess an AAS EET (or equivalent) as .veil as five yeais minimum experience perform ng electrical, ihstmryen? and control system repair in a heavy industrial t'hvr v m: >; Experience with PC based SCADA systems m u P gramming would be beneficial
