Viotence-Free Zone $5,000 Technical Assistance Voucher As part of its Vioience-Free Zone program initiativ*, the National Center for Neighborhood Enterprise is offering a technical assistance voucher ol up to $5,000 to any community-based organization that is currently operating an anti-violence program tor at-risk youth. This organization must have an operating budget of less than $150,000. a 501(c) 3 status, and must not have been previously funded by NCNE. The kinds of programs supported by the voucher include those that employ direct strategies to halt youth violence such as neighborhood programs, or methods of diversion su<W as providing activities and training to young people.
