He or she will: Process grant distributions from all donoradvised funds and scholarship funds; assist in maintaining the scholarship database and confidential data entry into software database regarding donor-advised funds; maintain files for all donor advised funds and scholarship funds; respond to telephone inquiries; organize special community events; prepare correspondence; provide logistical support to committees; and provide general copying, filing and other office support functions. The Foundation is interested in candidates who have excellent organizational skills and excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficiency with bask office equipment such as telephones, typewriters, copiers fax machines computers transcription devkes and knowledge of word processing (US Word) and spreadsheet packages are required. Candidates should be high school graduates (some college or business school training preferred), with at least two-five years of experience in a similar position.
