Bachelor’s degree and experience holding successively responsible public affairs or marketing positions required. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required, as well as contacts in all media fields. Book promotion/marketing experience highly desirable. Executive Secretary to perform administrative and secretarial tasks for a Senior Fellow, as well as scheduling meetings, transcribing dictation, arranging travel, and organizing conferences. Candidates with five years experience necessary, and a college degree preferred. Must have thorough knowledge of Word for Windows, WordPerfect 5.1, Excel; 80 wpm typing. Excellent oral, written, telephone, and interpersonal skills required. Assistant Librarian to perform cataloging, serials control, stack maintenance, filing, ILL, and routing library tasks. Bachelor’s degree with two years experience required; library science coursework a plus. Working knowledge of OCLC and reference materials (DIALOG and online bibliographic sources) necessary.
