plastic, that have to withstand shipping such as blocks, dolls, balls, play cars and trucks - most needed toys for one to six year olds; women’s panties (new, preferably cotton, all sizes); bras; washing and bathing soap; vaseline; baby diapers; sanitary napkins (or tampons); dictionaries; pencils; pencil sharpeners; erasers; chalk; paper;
manual typewriters; typing paper; exercise books shorthand text (Pitman’s “New Era”); crayons and rulers: Spokesman for MDC, Musa MwaAfricka, stated, “We ask that you aid us (the Male Development Center) in our support of our South Afrikan brothers and sisters... We ask that you address the health and hygiene problems of our South Afrikan brothers and sisters by sending medical and personal hygiene supplies to them." He added, “We also ask that you join with us in a campaign to promote the practic that we are “Our Brother’s and Sister’s Keepers”. Those who wish to donate item s may drop their articles off on Monday through Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m.; Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon; and Sunday from 4 to6 p.m. For further information contact Musa MwaAfrika (after 5 p.m.) at 925-5990.
