IPD establishes career intern pilot-project A “career intern program” to train young adults in law enforcement has been established by the Indianapolis Police Department. Any resident of Marion County (18-19 years of age), with a high school diploma or its equivalent is eligible for the three-year paid pilot-project, it was announced last week by IPD officials. Funded by the City of Indianapolis, the program will allow interns to work in various divisions for three to six months at a time. It is House For Sale.
