Hall, president of the Marion County Heart Association. Mrs. Lacy will head up a county-wide organization of approximately 9,000 volunteer workers who will seek to .raise a total of $142,000 during the month of February. One of the most active women in Indianapolis, Mrs. Lacy has the distinction of being e first woman executive to make the front cover of Indiana Business and Industry magazinq and is one of the few to be named a Sagamore of the
