fined the $1,000 on count one, and sentenced to serve time at the Federal prison on the other three. He will be eligible for parole in six or seven months. Mullin, who himself appeared before the jury three times, was said to be Mitchell’s front man. Authorities said Mullin, 57, 2006 Koehne, had fronted for the Mitchell organization since 1955 and gave “vital information" to the investigating jury of the payoffs. He first appeared before the jury March 10 which time he was termed “stu'.born” by Prosecutor Pearcy. Judge Eugene Fife of Criminal Court I then ordered Mullin to answer grand jury questions or face being held in contempt of court. Pearcy has termea muinn’s testimony as the “key” to possible indictments. The probe was ordered when Stein turned over to Pearcy a list of names of police officers discovered on adding machine tape found in Mitchell’s wallet at the time he was arrested during raids June 7. However Muslim leaders have continuously denied being a hate group. A spokesman here said that the group is a “true religious group and all we advocate is the Honorable Elijah Muhammad’s program, which is the only way.” IN THE OFFICIAL MUSLIM newsprint, Muhammad Speaks, Muhammad’s program is given in part as follows: “We want freedom. We want a full and complete freedom. “We want justice, equal justice under the law. “We want equality of opportunity. “We wantour people in America whose parents or grand pareats were descendants from slaves, to be allowed to establish a seperate state or territory of their own… “We want freedom for all belivers of Islam now held in federal prisons. “We want an immediate end to the police brutality and mob attacks against the so-called Negro throughout the United States. “We want the government of the United States to exempt our peoole from all taxation as long as we are deprived of equal justice under the laws of the land. “We want equal education, but
