Margaret Owsley Miss Margaret Owsley, 75, died July 30 at a local nursing home. Survivors include two brothers, Bishop Owsley of Indianapolis, and Oliver Owsley of Lyncy, Ky., and two sisters. Miss Cordelia E. Owsley and Miss Beatrice L. Owstey. both of this city.
